The record player was a nice touch. Everything was clean, and I can't say enough good things about the Goodwin Hotel. Great time”

When I brought it to the staff’s attention he told me to go to the community bathroom, get a plunger and plunge the toilet myself. The front desk told me to keep the plunger in my room for the duration of my stay because he knew it would happen again and he would be up later to drop me off a zip it tool so I could snake and unclog the sink myself! The shower diverter didn’t operate correctly, and the ironing board was...

”Room laid out strange. Stunk so bad when we got off the elevator on the 4th floor we almost pucked. Must have been the laundry room because room wasn’t as bad. Room needed vacuuming. Bed was comfortable. Noise level was average. Hot water and good pressure but when I reached for a towel to dry off it was filthy. Average hotel breakfast. We would not stay here again because of the towel. Makes you wonder what else?”
