Welcome to Comfort Pines! Nestled amidst the pines, this charming cabin offers the perfect retreat for family and friends seeking relaxation and adventure in the Sierra! Boasting 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms on 2 levels, it comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. Step inside to discover a warm and inviting interior, with wood accents and modern amenities. The spacious living area features a gas log stove, ideal for cozy evenings spent together, while the fully-equipped kitchen beckons to the chef in the family. Outside, a sprawling backyard awaits, offering a private oasis for outdoor enjoyment. Unwind in the hot tub under a star-studded sky, or gather around the crackling fire pit for marshmallow roasting and storytelling (winter only). For friendly competition, challenge your companions to a game of horseshoes or corn hole amidst the tranquil surroundings. The garage also doubles as a rec room and includes billiards, darts, foosball, mini air hockey, and ping pong. Stay cool in summer with AC and warm on those snowy eves with Forced Air Heat and the Gas Log Stove in the great room. Each room also has its own mini-split. Just down the road, enjoy the amenities of the charming Pinebrook HOA, which includes a lake, clubhouse, playground, ball field, disc golf, and picnic area! You’re also conveniently located near hiking trails, Bear Valley Ski Area, Big Trees State Park, and other charming local attractions! This cabin provides the perfect base for exploring the natural beauty and adventures that the Arnold area has to offer.

Comfort Pines sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. The Primary Suite is on the main level with a King bed and its own bathroom. Bedroom 2 is on the main level with a Queen bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both upstairs each with a Queen bed. Bathroom 1 is the ensuite in the primary on main level, there is a half bathroom on the main level and a full bathroom upstairs. The laundry is located in a closet in Bedroom 2.
