”The price of the hotel was ridiculous. Over 300$. I was expecting a really nice place. Don't get me wrong. It was clean and modern. We had two rooms and both had pieces of the bathroom that were falling off. And had to fix a toilet and one of the toilet seats was really loose and pinched skin. The beds were very comfy! The breakfast was the bomb....So so good. The staff was amazing and very accommodating and super friendly. The only reason I give it 3 stars is the price. Way way to over priced....

”Waterslide was advertised, but not available. Hotel was having renovations done, so there was a lot of construction debris and noise. Renovations were not noted during booking.”

”The halls were stuffy old looking but wallah the room was very clean and nice. Wish I'd remembered coffee in the lobby. Nice size clean fridge in room. Parking was a bit tight but doable . Mattresses were wonderful slept very well. 4plus overall”

”This is my go to when in Duluth. They take dogs which is the reason I stay. The place could use a good carpet cleaning. My room smelled and the hallway was stuffy and also smelly. Otherwise everything else is perfect. A good summer carpet cleaning wouldn’t hurt.”

”Rooms are spacious and clean Parking free and convenient. The biggest issue is breakfast. Food is only realistically available in the beginning. Closer to the end - no refilling. We had 2 hockey teams and 1 large (40 people) groups staying the weekend and kitchen wasn’t ready to feed these many people with hot food. It was the issue every morning. If you want hot food? You have to be there before 8am.”

”Smells like Mold when you walk in the doors, the restaurant was already closing and the rooms... I get reinvention is hard but what they did was next level. The room its self is fine but the bathrooms don't trust the photos! Our was not the same as pictured also there isn't ac in the room or fans. It looks like a rent by night hotel with a big fancy price tag. No thanks! 0 out of 5 stars”

”Clean room! Convenient location!”

”The property reeked of marijuana the second you leave your vehicle and through the building. The place is very outdated and not very clean/well maintained as there were dirty plates on the floor up near our room. There was water damage and leaking all over the property and room. We payed a lot of money for the unit and we could not even sleep due to fighting and screaming in the halls at various times past midnight. Not the most family friendly hotel and incredibly disappointed at our stay as is...
