”The first room had not been cleaned... The second room's heater did not work. We finally got into a decent room on the third try. The pool was murky. I didn't even let my kids go in the hot tub because it smelled so weird. The sauna was luke warm. The breakfast was good, and the staff were trying hard. Overall, it was functional but a little run-down and understaffed. ”

”The Anchored Inn at Hidden Harbour Marina is a small gem of a hotel in Deale, Maryland. The staff was incredibly kind and professional. We were there "off season" and enjoyed the quiet. The room was a little small, but the bed was very comfortable. We would stay at the Anchored Inn again in a heartbeat!”

”This hotel were one of the best, I have stayed at numerous Hyatt regencies and all of them makes the grade. But this Hyatt with the view of the river puts it over the top. The staff was very nice and very knowledgeable and also very helpful. I recommend Hyatt hotels in general but I especially recommend this Hyatt in Kent Narrows ”

”We were surprised to find out upon our arrival that parking was not included in our stay. Apparently the lot is owned by an outside entity. Our room was fairly clean and comfortable. The breakfast left a lot to be desired.”

”Place just needs a little freshening up. Lines repainted the parking lot. furniture area in the lobby could be cleaned by the front desk. Thats usually spending time on their cell phones.”

”Size of the room was nice we stayed in a king suite we had room to get dressed and not crash into each other. We also went to the gym it was small but four people were able to work out at the same time if two are on the machines for cardio. The store was great and check in was easy the parking on the side was helpful. Comfy bed. We didn’t have a smart tv so no Netflix but some good movies were on. ”

”My connecting flight out of Baltimore was cancelled, so I had a very last minute booking. The Hyatt House was a welcome respite after a tough day of travel. ”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...
