Welcome to the Blue Chill, located in Bridges Bay Resort! This THREE bedroom, TWO Bathroom cabin sleeps 8 and is steps from the waterpark and outdoor pool. Your home away from home offers full sized kitchen appliances, dish soap, paper towels, dishwashing detergent pods, garbage bags, small appliances such as a blender, toaster and twelve cup coffee maker (filters and coffee not provided). Steak knives, pots, pans, silverware, place settings and prep bowls are furnished.
Dining table seats four and provides direct access to your patio, with gas grill. Living room offers cozy seating and wireless internet for streaming. Master bedroom is located in the open loft and presents a king size bed, bathroom with shower/tub combo, hand soap, toilet paper and all towels furnished. Second bedroom has a Queen, and Third bedroom has a full over full bunk bed with TV. Washer and dryer with detergent pods are located in the hallway closet for your stay if needed.
With your booking you secure six daily passes to the waterpark/outdoor pool, more passes can be purchased at the waterpark if needed. Just into town you will hit Broadway Street in Arnolds Park offering tons of Restaurants, Bars, Live Entertainment, Orbitz Mini Donuts, Tropical Snow Cones, Arnolds Park Amusement Park, the Iconic Nutty Bar Stand, Shopping at the Emporium, and so much More! Within a few miles you will find grocery stores and Convivence stores to stock up for your stay. Bridges Bay Resort offers an updated outdoor swimming pool, indoor water park, zipline, Bracco Restaurant and The Waterfront Bar and Grille. Multiple swimming pools are placed throughout the resort, a gym and family arcade are just some of the activities you can enjoy during your stay. Reminder this is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed. You will find boat parking across the street from the basketball courts.

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
Property is privately owned and is not managed by Bridges Bay Resort. Therefore, no refunds will be given for resort amenities not being available
