”This is more a hostel than a family room. We had to take off our shoes at the house entrance but the floors were dirty and hair balls on the bathroom floor. The yard is run down and very cheap furnishings. I paid way too much at 247.92 to sleep on Ikea bunk beds. Communication was poor as I tried contacting them multiple times with no response. Im concerned as to why they are called Bellavista on Expedia but when you get there it is Forty Winks.”

”I stayed here for two nights by myself. The guy who owns the place is friendly and put on a nice continental breakfast (salmon, cheese, eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and brewed coffee). The bed was comfortable too. The building and furniture are pretty dated though and in need of upgrading. My room door lock was also temperamental. However, that said it was clean overall and the host mentioned he’s actively renovating, which is good to hear as it’s got potential to be a beautiful building...

”The place is well located and that ends there. We arrived got shown the room and give the keys. No instructions at all. No big issue. Then we started to look around the room and realized it's not been cleaned for months. Unfortunately I cannot add smell to the review but it wasn't pleasant and full of dust. We found hair bands, used coffee package, loads of spiderwebs etc... and this is a space being used by different people... Absolutely disgusting. Thank God the bed sheets was clean. And then...
