”A real nice jacuzzi but it took help to get hot water. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall a very nice stay. A lot of hiking trails almost out the back door. I would recommend this place”

”Credit card was charged for another traveler's reservation (nobody I was traveling with). Check in staff seemed unsure of what they were doing. Still trying to get the charge corrected.”

”Straightforward nice sized clean room, everything worked, everything was clean. Didn't need or want anything fancy, so this was comfortable and just right. Coffee was available 24/7, ample parking. Main entrance could be better lit.”

”Virtual staff was super helpful and pretty responsive to all my questions and concerns. A lot to do in the area and less than a 20 minute drive anywhere. Only thing is if you’re a light sleeper bring an eye masks, ear plugs and your own blanket. Love the natural lighting the rooms get but if you’re wanting to sleep in there aren’t any black out curtains and walls are very thin, you can hear everything and the blankets that are provided are pretty itchy and thin. ”The staff was welcoming the rooms and building were well maintained. This was our first time traveling with our chihuahua and the trip went awesome.”

”Even though the rooms seemingly were remodeled recently, it looks as if they do not do a very good job cleaning in between.”

”We’ve stayed at this hotel several times, usually a great experience. Only issue we had this last time was we were given keys to the wrong room. Another couple walked in while we just got there. Not the end of the world but could’ve ended up being super awkward!”

”Windows are soundproof! Can't hear the freeway! Super clean. The only downside was that we got a room with a hot tub in it and it was loud, as we're the other rooms hot tubs in the rooms near us.”

”The location was great with a view of the harbor and the lift bridge from the room. It was a short walk across the lift bridge to Canal Park and good food, museums, and shopping. We went to the Great Lakes Aquarium, the William A Irvin ore ship museum and walked along Lake Superior. The buffet breakfast was great and everything was clean. This was a wonderful place to stay.”

”When we checked in and there was no towels but staffs did brought it up quickly and we don’t like pillows they are too flat/soft. That’s all love the design of room.”
