The sleeping arrangements include a double bed downstairs that can be split into two singles, while upstairs there are two queen beds and a single bed, with a trundle available on request.

Step inside to find an open-plan living area downstairs, where the fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into two lounge spaces, one with a Smart TV and the other filled with board games for the kids, making it ideal for family time or entertaining. A Nespresso machine is provided for guests who enjoy barista style coffee at home. High ceilings create a bright, airy atmosphere throughout, while the cosy lounge with a gas fireplace offers a warm retreat on quieter winter evenings.

Step outside to the sheltered patio area, perfect for effortless indoor-outdoor entertaining all year round, and enjoy the fully fenced backyard.
A washing machine and dryer adds extra convenience for longer stays. Guests will also have the benefit of parking space for two vehicles, making it easy to come and go as you explore the area.

Located less than 5 minutes’ drive, or about a 20-minute walk, from Arrowtown town centre, the property puts boutique shops, cafes, and historic sites within easy reach. It’s about a 25-minute drive to Queenstown town centre and a 20-minute drive to Queenstown Airport.

Please note that the log burner fireplace is not available for guest use. However, the gas fireplace is available for guest use.
