”We had room 230. It was very roomy and clean. The balcony and view are a great bonus. Good location. Breakfast was so so.”

”This property had no hot water in the morning. Later in the day you could get lukewarm water but never hot for a shower. Not acceptable. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. Another guest told me it has been out of order for a year! The mirrored door would not close properly. They only had two suitcase carts on property and guests kept them in their rooms because they knew there wouldn’t be any available in the morning. Staff did not offer to carry bags when there were none...

”We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, spacious, and comfortable for the four of us. The location was excellent—just a quick 5-minute drive from the Pismo Beach Pier while still being in a quiet, safe area. It was the perfect place to relax after spending the day exploring the Central Coast. Everything was well maintained, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!”

”No AC, so property was hot all daylight hours. Neighbor has a very large, very loud dog that barks if you dare to enjoy the back patio. Same neighbor is extremely rude.”
