”Completely hands free check in. There are only 5 rooms all facing the river, all with balconies. Great location but I’m guessing it could get loud because there is a popular bar below the rooms and at the end of the property is a popular pizza restaurant. In fact, the businesses share a stairwell and patrons could come right up past your door to access these business, so not as secure as I would have liked. There were ear plugs in the room but since it was a rainy/snowy day, late night noise...

”Nice staying at Browns Inn at Salida. We were satisfied with accommodation and service but sustainability could be thought better (the same thing applies to many other hotels as well). Why do hotels still have plastic cutlery and cardboard plates? ”

”Good and comfortable room.”

”room to small for King bed, chairs very, very uncomfortable, breakfast minimial with packaged treats and yogurt. internet inadaquite, couldn't stream anything to my tablet. when I got home I compared mondays price when I reserved room to thursday price charged, thursdays price was $11.00 + more.”

”Clean room and Hotel”

”Was able to get temperature to warm room.”

”Strong bleach smell in the room. Otherwise everything was great!”

”The motel was little bit rundown. We almost run out of toilet paper as they only provided 1 roll. The manager said us a barbecue works, but the gas was out, and he was not willing to do anything for it (even though the gas station was 2 min walk away). Overall mediocre experience, but I guess that’s what you can expect for the price.”

”The cabin we stayed in was so cute and comfortable! Easy to find location and the other guests were quiet. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area next time”
