”There were multiple issues with this property... From the moment we arrived, there were 5 police officers and animal control blocking the drop off zone due to "someone having a cat that they weren't supposed to, so they had it removed" though they also looked through the windows of a car in the lot... As for the property itself: 1. There are 3 elevators, but only 1 works and it takes at least 5 minutes for it to arrive when you push the button... When it did, the hand rails inside were busted...

”Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest! When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active. Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45....

”This was my second time that front desk guy makes me to do reservation on line instead to do walking reservation, telling me than that not is possible at that moment, and There is a lot opportunity to improve breakfast.”

”This hotel overcharged me and I ended up paying over $600 total for a one-night stay. As a rewards member, I expected much better treatment and customer service, but instead I dealt with terrible customer service and a complete lack of accountability. Do not trust these people with your card information. They will overcharge you and not properly reimburse you when issues happen. Please save yourself the stress and money go anywhere else but this hotel.”

”As always I was pleased with my stay at this facility except for one issue. In order to park my vehicle and pay for secured parking I was required to download a parking app. This was an inconvenience for me and in no way a benefit. There was a service charge for the use of this app. In no way did I experience a benefits from this service. This new process was not brought to my attention until I arrived at this facility. No other option was offered. A very disappointing experience that provided...
