Room was decorated nicely, but only caveat at my room was (maybe dont affect others) that floor level changes between different parts of room (bathroom, and reading area?). My boy tripped once to that "extra step" and I hit my feet once. Other than that.. Bed was huge and everything was good and laundry was free. Would visit again.”
”Pleased with my stay. I found it a bit difficult to communicate with reception due to the language barrier but they insisted on trying to help regardless and when the on duty receptionist didn’t understand, she was resourceful in asking her colleague.
I saw quite a few complaints about noise levels..I’m from a big city so maybe I’m just used to it but this didn’t seem any more or less sound proof than the average hotel in a busy urban area.

”Plenty nearby when it comes to food, shopping and transportation. 5 minute walk to Taichung station, as well directly downstairs from the hotel is the asean centre which provides lots of little stall markets and food options. ”
”Loved the room configuration. Comfortable bed and comforters. Clean. Easy check-in. Close to Whisker cafe. Staff were nice and easy to work with (just remember this isn't a 5-star hotel, so don't expect 5-star service). We enjoyed our stay.
Only con is the w/c could use more ventilation. It had a musty smell. Overall, the hotel room was very clean.
