”Loud room, inattentive front desk... music blasted until 2 am every night from next door bars”

”The pool, next to the busy street, would have been more appreciated had it been located on the quieter side of the hotel. Hard item to fix. We did not utilize any business subjects. ”

”Reserved a high river view king. When I got there Ariel told me a 2 queen was all that was left, I was the last to check in. That I had been upgraded. We got in the room 217 dirty , lights didn’t work, smelled the balcony view was the back of another building not the river. When I went back to office another person was checking in. I told Ariel that room was not what I had paid for. Ariel then informed me they had a king balcony and another room I could have. I will never stay there again.”

”Easy check in, clean room and very close to many restaurants and bars”

”The room was nice, appeared to have been renovated. I'm going to assume after Hurricane Ian in late 2022. Floor could have been cleaner, but all and all room was good. ”

”Room was very very clean. Parking was excellent. We were late evening check in and Nick was very helpful and accommodating.”

”The room was ok, but smelled musty. Repairs in the bathroom were amateur and very clunky. ”

”Our room had a ant infestation and caused us to throw away a few food items we just purchased, needs some serious pest control ”

”This place was nice and room was great with the pull out bed couch. Loved the full kitchen! I wish this had more then one washer and drier in the whole place and it would be nice if they could take card not just quarters. The quarter area broke down while i was putting laundry, the staff didnt know what the right key was and couldnt open it. I had to do laudry at the truck stop across the street. I would stay again but hope they add more laudry as lots of people are coming through. Also...

”The room was clean however beds were very uncomfortable with my husband and I ended up with terrible backaches, AC doesn’t work well, no phone line in my room. The staff was very nice. They offered me another room and a fan but all of the rooms have the same beds and old AC system. We booked for 4 nights I left at after 3. No reimbursement or future credit was offered. Due to the backaches we asked for a future night stay instead. Therefore, we were very disappointed. ”
