”Beautiful property, nicely maintained. The staff is excellent, rooms and lobby area is clean. Breakfast was great.
The house looks like an old historical home, great architecture, lovely gardens. Definitely recommend for a couple. Fantastic restaurant in walking distance, the Cherokee Rose, it’s a little pricey but well worth it and has specials. ”

It has never made sense to me that the ability to check yourself in and to bypass the front desk exists but I’ve never been afforded that opportunity.

”Hotel was ok, old but decent. I booked a nonsmoking room, but the room we got first smelled so bad I could barely breathe so we asked to get another room. There was nothing wrong with the new room though. Wifi worked well and breakfast was good with warm and cold options.”
”Thee area was not bad. The property was well maintained, and the hotel itself was fairly safe. For a Friday night, I didn't see or hear any group gatherings or parties going on at the hotel. The room (bed, floor, sink, toilet, and tub) were all very BUT when we looked up is when we saw a very big problem. The cieling has a lot of spot where black mold had formed and there was black mold along the entire area where the walls met the cieling. Then we found black mold on the adjoining door...
