”Front desk staff was absolutely welcoming and amazing! Even memorized my voice from one phone call and called me by name upon me walking through the door. I will definitely be back with my family.”

”The hotel is beautiful and has a fun vibe. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar was closed when we arrived at 8pm on Sunday. We were only staying that night, so I was a bit disappointed. The restaurant was delicious, however a bit confusing on where to order. They need to be more organized for valet parking. Overall, I would stay again simply because the staff is so friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Great location.”

”Very well positioned in downtown Richmond. A nice restaurant and snack shop located inside the lobby. Easy to and from the airport which made it very convenient.”

”Toilet seat was very loose Sofa was facing the bed and TV was on side wall couldn’t view from bed and had to move sofa to watch. No tv guide for channels. Rebuilding rooms snd blame was on construction crew and Xfinity. Room wasn’t cleaned, trash not picked up no clean towels. We were told the next day you have to request a clean room, and towels a day in advance. We weren’t told till the next day. Not a Hilton standard of hotel.”

”Parking is a hassle and I had difficulty finding entrance and lobby. I am not used to downtown buildings.”

”Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go.”

”Great stay for families, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, so convenient to the Richmond airport.”

”Had a great time with the pinball machines and game systems! Kids loved them too! And it was a great location right by the highway, but in a quiet neighborhood.”

”Everything was pretty good except having to be in the very very back of the floor and the staff was either not accommodating or around. The bartender helped me find the person to check in and was always as his station. The breakfast was a bit lacking. And I was looking forward to that the most since I work in the hospital but other than that It was ok”
