The “Maria Angela” townhouse has a long history: it was built in 1890 and has captivated many ever since with its original, creative, labyrinthine architecture. Following a professional renovation, it now shines in new splendour. The special atmosphere, with its many lovingly crafted details, has been preserved – such as the beautiful, light-filled courtyard, where numerous plants and an olive tree create the feeling of a green oasis in the heart of the city. With its rustic stone tiles, you can immerse yourself in a thoroughly Mediterranean living atmosphere. The awning allows you to transform the terrace with its seating area into a shaded retreat. Equally exciting is the roof terrace, which you can access from the second floor of this narrow, tall townhouse. Here, you can enjoy the view over the city’s rooftops. Fire up the electric barbecue and turn the pleasant outdoor area into your dining room for the evening, where you can enjoy a delicious BBQ. Afterwards, you can savour a final glass of wine in one of the open-air seating areas.







The townhouse itself offers equally delightful seating options. The living room is on the second floor and is divided into two cosy areas: in one corner, guests will find the flat-screen TV and armchairs fitted with sheepskins; on the other side of the stairs are a sofa and further armchairs. An exceptionally cosy atmosphere for convivial evenings. One floor below, guests enter another room which can also be used as an office to reply to important emails at the desk. You’ll also find a selection of games here. From here, you can access the bathroom with a shower, decorated in warm shades of yellow, which adjoins one of the double bedrooms. The rubble-stone façade lends the space a special charm. A staircase leads directly down from this room into the courtyard. The other bedroom is situated on the opposite side of the narrow corridor, in the heart of the house. Among other things, sunflower motifs on the walls exude a zest for life. Large wardrobes offer plenty of space for your favourite clothes. On the ground floor, guests will find a dining room next to another bathroom, which in turn is connected to the well-equipped kitchen. It offers everything a cooking enthusiast could wish for.



This narrow house, with its classic elegance, blends beautifully into the special atmosphere of the charming little town of Artà – with its vibrant cultural life, exquisite delicacies and tourist attractions such as the Sant Salvador pilgrimage church, it is surely one of the island’s most beautiful towns. Due to its central location, you may occasionally hear traffic from the one-way street in front of the house. From your second home, it’s just a 20-minute drive by hire car to the ‘Cuevas de Àrta’ stalactite caves. Afterwards, you can take a detour to the historic town of Son Servera and enjoy a cup of espresso there. The beaches of Sa Marjal and Canyamel are also just a 20-minute drive away and are a fantastic option for a heavenly day at the beach. A multitude of well-signposted walking trails invite you to explore the island, whilst golf enthusiasts can drive the approximately 7 km to the Golf Capdepera course.
