On the barbecue provided, you can prepare the fresh fish you bought every Tuesday at the weekly market in Artà. It's best to use a homemade marinade made from herbs, garlic and olive oil, which gives it an exquisite flavour. And paired with an excellent glass of wine from a Mallorcan vineyard, life can be so good...





The villa itself impresses with its brightly lit rooms and the natural radiance of the interiors, in which there are no stylistic contradictions. The attractive floor tiles can be found in every room, as well as on the terrace. The furniture is mostly in warm wood tones, which blend harmoniously with the cream-coloured walls. There is a cosy atmosphere, which is further emphasised by the light coming in through the villa's large windows. The bedrooms on the upper floor are designed for comfort and promise restful nights or a relaxing afternoon siesta. Two of the rooms have a double bed, the third has two single beds and is therefore ideal as a children's room. One of the two bathrooms even has a corner bathtub for a pleasant evening bath. On the ground floor, the open-plan living room has a cosy lounge area and a fireplace, so don't worry if the weather doesn't play ball, because you couldn't do without the cosy warmth and crackling of the fireplace. The living room leads directly into the wooden kitchen, which has an oven, ceramic hob, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and drinks fridge - everything a self-catering heart could desire.



Due to its secluded rural location, Villa Son Norte Fou is particularly suitable for people looking for peace and relaxation. If you are looking for entertainment, you can visit the Coves de Artà cave system, an attractive excursion destination that is also fascinating for children. We also recommend a trip to the natural beach of Cala Torta, which is around thirty minutes away. Once you have crossed the somewhat bumpy road to the car park, you can enjoy the fascinating beauty of this sandy beach surrounded by rolling green hills. This rural and secluded villa is located in the green hills between Colònia de Sant Pere and the picturesque little artists' town of Artà, which is only 2.9 kilometres away. There you will also find numerous shopping facilities to cover your daily needs as well as many places of interest. In around 20 minutes you can reach beautiful sandy beaches such as Canyamel and Platja de Son Moll.
