Colonia de Sant Pere is part of the municipality of Artà and is located in the north-east of the island, on the long bay of Alcúdia. The lush Villa Altavista is located above the small seaside resort and offers a fantastic view of the coastal area in front of it. The small marina and the town's sandy beach are within walking distance. In Colonia de Sant Pere you will find a pretty promenade with inviting restaurants, cafés, ice cream parlours and small shops. This is the ideal starting point for hikers, who can walk many kilometres along the sandy beach in one direction. In the other direction, you can follow in the footsteps of the old smugglers. There are good hiking trails to the defence towers and into the neighbouring mountains.



The villa is surrounded by huge, partly wild, partly lovingly landscaped grounds. The combination of red house, green surroundings and bright blue sky is simply marvellous. Here you will find unspoilt meadows and extensive, partly covered terraces, which are a wonderful place to relax at any time of day. A diverse selection of outdoor seating around the villa offers you the opportunity to enjoy the company and savour culinary meals. In the evening, you can prepare and savour fresh, regional delicacies while enjoying the fantastic views of the pool landscape and beyond. The remarkably shaped pool is tiled with small decorative mosaic stones, offering an infinity effect at one point and giving you a seamless view of the horizon from the water's surface. You can relax in the sun on the comfortable sun loungers as you please and enjoy the distant view. The covered part of the terrace offers pleasantly breezy shade.



The interior of the villa welcomes guests with a rustic, cosy atmosphere. The partly colourful furniture and the patterned fabrics add a lot to the atmosphere and give the house a very special charm. Decorative floor tiles, original lighting and a variety of pictures on the walls provide a pretty backdrop. The individuality of the interior is emphasised in the centre of the large dining table, so that a party of up to eight people can enjoy a tasteful dinner. The spacious living room, which is located two steps down in the open-plan house, is no less tasteful. Here you can relax on comfortable armchairs and a sofa. A modern fireplace provides a nice contrast to the furnishings, as does the large flat-screen TV. We offer you the opportunity to spend a quiet evening by the fireplace or watch an entertaining film. A huge kitchen offers everything you need during the day, including a filter coffee machine and kettle as well as plenty of storage space. The cosy corner by the window offers another way to enjoy dinner. Comfortable bedrooms invite you to enjoy a restful night's sleep. They are individually designed and, each in its own way, exude a very special flair, not to mention the fantastic view that some of the windows offer. The beds measure 1.60 x 2.00 metres, the third bed measures 1.90 x 2.00 metres. The bathrooms, some of which are fitted with marble, are as functional as they are stylish. There is also a small guest bathroom. An iron and a hairdryer are also available in the house.



The location of Villa Altavista, close to the mountains, the sea and the small town of Colonia de Sant Pere, is another reason why this property has such an exquisite aura.
