Welcome to C'an Felip, your ideal retreat in Artà. This charming single-story country house is just 2.5 km from the village, offering you peace and privacy.



The day area features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining room, and a bright living room that opens onto the terrace—perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate and outdoor living.



In the night area, relax in your own oasis. There’s an open workspace, a bedroom with two single beds, and a suite with a king-size bed, bathtub, and dressing room—everything you need for restful nights.



Enjoy the lush, fenced garden and a 10x4 meter saltwater pool with an outdoor shower (hot/cold water).



As the house is in a rural area, insects like ants or other small animals may appear depending on the season—this is typical for rural stays.



A separate fenced area contains the chicken coop, fruit trees, and other items for personal use; this is not part of the rental.



Chickens live here, so you might hear clucking or a rooster crowing—please consider this before booking.



A cat named Vaiana lives on the property and helps keep unwanted animals away. Please do not let her enter the house, as she is used to being outdoors.
