Welcome to our beautiful home, which is perfectly located for the best views over the Shotover River and just 6 kms drive into downtown Queenstown where you will find fabulous restaurants, activities and shops.



Very private and quiet. Only 3 mins drive to the Coronet Peak road.



Our home has everything to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.



The Space

A four-bedroom home on a single level, in Frankton, close to Remarkables Park. The living areas look out to mountain/River view AP.

Bedrooms: Four bedrooms, with mountain/River view AP.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms. Ensuite with standing shower; Main bathroom with standing shower and bath (separated).

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, fireplace, smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with double-door fridge with water dispenser, palm cove oven (large, wide format), hi-air dishwasher (), microwave, toaster.

Balcony: Patio by front door and out door area at the back with an ourdoor fireplace and seating.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.

Guests do not have use of the garage.



The Neighbourhood

There are many hiking trails all within walking distance of our house... along with many local attractions and activities, including the Onsen hot pools and massage centre, bowling alley, cafes, pub, and Coronet Peak Ski Field (entrance), all within less than 3 kms from our house.

Distance from nearest supermarket: FreshChoice Queenstown, 64 Gorge Road — 5.6 km (The General Store Arthurs Point is 1.4 km but is a convenience store, not a supermarket)

Distance from Queenstown Airport: 16.7 km

Distance from Queenstown Town Centre: 6.4 km

Distance from The Remarkables: 32.9 km

Distance from Coronet Peak: 10.5 km



Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: No stairs, single level house

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 8 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Need something in person? Swing by our Guest Lounge at 19B Shotover St, open daily 9am–5pm (closed Christmas Day). Free Wi-Fi and coffee or tea are on us.



Got a late flight out or an early arrival? Drop your bags with us free of charge — after check-out if you're not leaving until later, or before check-in if you've landed early — and go explore hands-free.



Our team is available daily, 9am–5pm. After hours, until midnight, a virtual assistant can help with simple questions.
