”Cute place to stay above a lovely pub and on the water. Good value for money. Pros: dog friendly, beach access, beverage tray with sparkling water and tea/instant coffee and a kettle (always nice). Little things that could be improved: there was no full size bath towel, just a hand towel and shower mat, window had been left ajar for fresh air (which is great) but meant that by the time I arrived, there were a ton of knats/midges/little bugs inside and outside the window.”

”From the moment you pull in the driveway you get a sense of calm. The landscape is absolutely stunning. You are greeted at the door by one of the owners. They show you around then take you upstairs to your room. The decor was very calming and having its own bathroom in your room is a great bonus. Breakfast was made to order and prepared by o e of the owners as well. These 2 men have created a BnB that they should be extremely proud of. If we ever come back to this part of Ireland, we will 100%...

”The ocean view was amazing! The room was very clean and the sound of the waves all night was so soothing. Staff was very efficient and pleasant! We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, the food was outstanding (especially the toffee pudding!!). Overall àn excellent stay. The only concern we had was the band in the bar, which was right under our room was very loud until late in the night. Otherwise à wonderful stay.”

”The location on the outskirts of Waterford is ideal for outings to e.g. the Copper Coast drive or to Mount Congreve Gardens. The hotel is clean, modern and very stylish. My room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. My evening meals in the restaurant were very good. My only critical observation would be that perhaps the waiters could be a little more courteous. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Waterford.”
