”Sadly this property is dated, tired, and in need of an overhaul. The floor was uneven, sliding door to the balcony didn’t , tv service was down, and the room smelled of mildew. That is just a sample. Staff were nice enough and location is great. No area in the bathroom (pedestal sink) to put my makeup and skincare. I do not recommend.”

”It’s a great place to stay! It’s close to Bridgeport Mall, and plenty of great places to eat! The staff at the hotel are welcoming and courteous, and great to work with. The rooms are clean, And gorgeous.”

”The pool/hot tub was disgusting. It was unclean and there were no towels or and we were told there weren’t any available. At one point a kid threw up in the pool and nothing was done, so we immediately left. The rooms were fine and the lady at the front desk was nice.”

”Clean and conveniently located hotel right next to I-5 highway. Everything was pretty much what you would expect from Holiday Inn Express. The only annoying thing were the uneven floors in several places. You felt like being drunk when walking as the floor was leaning in to one direction. Makes you wonder what may be causing it.”

”The equipment in the gym was in terrible shape and they are very old. Only one treadmill was working, the a/c in the gym was not wotking, no cleaning wipes. The bathroom in all the rooms we have did not look clean at all. All the showers looked dirty. Location is great but this hotel needs more love.”

”Pretty sure I’m covered in bug bed bites. Woke up with 20+ bites all over my body, even tho I checked the beds before going to bed. Reported to front desk.”
