”The hotel is beautiful, they have a free happy hour every day at 5 PM, they almost always give me a bottle of champagne, even if I don’t get the upgrade, the staff is incredible. They always carry my luggage to my room. The rooms are impeccably, clean and have a lot of little gifts inside like chocolate robes and slippers. All in all it’s just a great day and it’s my second time and I will stay again. ”

I love the place, it is a bit small but i absolutely love the place - we had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. ”I would like to commend whomever was working the front desk at 4am Sunday 7 September. Due to an overnight flight, I made a mistake and didn't actually have a reservation until 2pm that day. Although there were no rooms available she let me catch a few hours sleep on a couch in a lower level lobby. She also prioritized cleaning a room for me and I was able to check-in at 10am! I was so sleepy that I didn't catch her name, but I want her to be recognized for going above and beyond with customer...

”A nice hotel with great location of Lastarria neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. Relatively safe area to be at because there’s plenty of security walking around for everyone safety. Lots of great small vendors at night across the hotel. Do be prepared to pay tourists prices in the area. I would gladly go back to this hotel again. ”

”La Reeve was as a little bit home. The hotel was small and very homely, not having a formal dining chairs was a little strange but added to the feel of the place. The honesty bar was excellent as well as the afternoon snacks. Jose the reception guy was brilliant but the night porter was not particularly friendly, especially when the other staff at the hotel were so good. The outside courtyard was exceptional and the gardens were maintained with an obvious passion. Thank you for a great stay.”

”Best hotel we stayed in a long time! Room is big, breakfast nice, everything new and clean. Stuff very friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay in that hotel again. ”

”Experiência incrível! German me recebeu com muita simpatia, passando as orientações principais. O quarto é extremamente confortável, silencioso, roupas de camas limpas e cheirosas a toalha de banho é espetacular. Fica na rua Manuel Montt, com opções de Mercado, Farmácias, Bares e Metrô. Café da manhã muito gostoso, certamente ao retornar a Santiago será minha primeira opção em acomodação. ”

”Nós gostamos bastante! Localização boa, conseguimos nos deslocar a pé e de metrô para vários pontos turísticos.
O tempo de água quente foi suficiente, sustentável!
Fomos em 4 e não ficamos sem banho quente!
A limpeza e arrumação dos quartos adequada!
Toalhas trocadas todos os dias.
Uma pequena observação para a qualidade das toalhas, que não eram tão boas , estavam desgastadas e um pouco encardidas.
Da pra cozinhar tranquilamente!
A recepção funciona 24h!

”Room was quite spacious but no fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is drinking water in the breakfast area. Location wise, the path to the hotel seems a bit sketchy at night. It’s a 30 min walk to the main attractions. There are lots of things to explore on the way so not bad. Overall a good place to stay at.”

”Erinomainen palvelu ja huoneet modernissa kunnossa. Kattoterassin ravintola upea kokemus. Aamiainen myös monipuolinen ja hotellista löytyy jopa oikea sauna. Keskustan kauppoihin ja ravintoloihin muutaman minuutin kävelymatka, metroasema vieressä. Wifi toimi hyvin joka paikassa.
