This 55 m² house located in Arzon has 2 bedrooms upstairs (accessible via a spiral staircase) and a mezzanine from which you can see the sea. It can accommodate up to 5 people. It has an unfenced garden, garden furniture, a 25 m² terrace and a barbecue. Within the accommodation you will find internet access (Wifi). The open-plan kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a plunger coffee maker and a Senseo coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a citrus press. Within the accommodation you will find a television and a DVD player. An iron and ironing board are provided. The stove is available but wood is not supplied.



An outdoor parking space is reserved for you.



For greater convenience, you will have the option of using the communal washing machine located in the garage and also storing bicycles there safely.
