”The only thing nice was the pool. Our room smelled like old cigarettes, which I guess that hotel used to be a smoking hotel in the past. We lifted up the sheets on the bed just to check for bedbugs and there was urine all over the mattress protector. I never received a key and I ended up going to another hotel. the lady at the front desk assured me I would get a refund and took my name and number down and it didn’t happen so I’m very disappointed”
