”Hieno miljöö ja tyylikkäät historialliset ranennukset. Aamiainen oli hyvä, mutta lähes joka aamu tarjoilusta unohtui jotain minkä sai kyllä toki kun muistutti asiasta. Sisäänkirjautumisen piti onnistua klo 20 asti, mutta respan työntekijä oli lähtenyt klo 19. Avaimet löytyi, mutta saapumisviesttin oli kirjoitettu erikseen ettei aamiainen kuulu majoitukseen, vaikka se oli maksettu ebookersin kautta ennakkoon. Asian selvittäminen vei 40min puhelimessa mikä on melko naurettavaa. Onneksi pyysin...

”Kartalla optimaalisesti Firenzen ja Sienan välissä, mutta autolla etenkin matka Sienaan kesti kohtuuttoman kauan kilometreihin nähden. Hienot maisemat ja ruhtinaallisesti tilaa - vaikka suihkukoppeihin ei yli satakiloiset mahdu liukuovesta sisään ;) Vessapaperi ei myöskään kuulunut huoneen hintaan, mikä tuli yllätyksenä, koska ei mainittu erikseen. Vaatii auton toimiakseen lomakohteena.”

”Unglaublich schöne Unterkunft, welche zum Entspannen einlädt. Das einzige, was vielleicht ein wenig Veränderung bedarf, ist das Frühstück. Grundsätzlich war das Frühstück super lecker und frisch. Jedoch gibt es jeden Tag die gleiche Auswahl. Das Restaurant ist lecker und authentisch. Abends kann man den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang genießen. Kostenlos kann man sich Tennisschläger oder Fahrrädern ausleihen. ”

”The environment, building, views and breakfast are excellent. But a huge problem is that they advertise a room that does not even exist in reality! We booked a 20 m2 Superior room with balcony, hill view and king size bed. What we got was a cramped 11 m2 room with a queen bed, which they sell as ”for single use”. What they said is that none of the 20 m2 superior rooms have a balcony or a hill view (both of which are must-haves in a place like Colle di Val d’Elsa). No refund or other compensation...
