”Initially appeared to be out of town, but when you get used to where th back strets go, its amazingly well situated. I had to travel daily to st.Andrews hospital, and could easily do it in peak hour in12 minutes. The exterior of the building appeared to be dated, but it is surprizingly well maintained. I didnt have time to even look at the pool or BBq area, but the inside of the rooms was excellent. Big showers, well apointed. TV may be a bit small, but it wsant of concern to me.”

”The property as usual was great. A little work is still required to bring the bathroom up to the standard of the main room. ”

”The plumping needs fixing. The shower squeals and has very little pressure, the hot tap in kitchen needs a new washer. The pillow situation is strange, they are two in one and super thick, and no spares for us side sleepers! The single bed is completely bowed in the middle. The kitchen was great but I still wouldn’t stay again. ”

”I liked the ground floor position for easy access And fiund tge unit very spacious. The bedroom was large with anotger tv and ensuite batgroom. Loved the spar bath a luxury item. Podition close to good Chinese restaurant in close walking distance. Gold Club abd eateries 5 mins away. Staff cheery and I wad pleased I arrived at 2 pm as the empty spaces filled up by 6 pm. Recommend for the above.”

”I stayed 4 nights in the Executive Suite. Once in the suit I noticed the bathroom had not been cleaned, & there were hairs and cut fingernail by the sink as well as liquid soap grime and hairs on the bathtub. Both tables in the living area were dirty & rubbish had not been taken out. Addressing this with the manager Craig, who was rude, telling me the cleaning staff had gone home & would not be back until tomorrow. I had to ask for some cleaning spray & cloth so I could clean the filthy...

”It was basic but clean .it was in a good location. Nice and quite. Didnt see any staff. We had to ring to get keys and drop off keys in a box when we left. Overall good experience. Just a little weird that the motel was in a shopping complex. A good stay overall. They did clean the rooms and make the bed up everyday.”

”Do not book! Nothing had been cleaned or wiped down in a good long while. Carpets and blinds were ripped, damaged and stained. Pool was green. Piles of junk next to car park, (fridges, old tyres, green waste, rubbish) All around gives the Ick. Would not recommend.”

”The Toowoomba Motel is okay for an overnight stay. It's in a quiet location and close to cafes and a petrol station. I arrived to find the bins in the room full. I also found the mattress and pillows to be too firm for me, but the linen was good. The tv stations were all pixelated. The staff were friendly and check in and out hassle-free.”
