Welcome to Our Sunshine Lake House!
This spacious home comfortably accommodates 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and a loft. Enjoy two sitting rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a convenient basement kitchenette, a game room, and two full bathrooms. You’ll also have access to a washer and dryer and a fenced backyard for your furry friends. Unwind on the deck or explore the lake from our spacious dock, complete with kayaks and a paddleboat. Two life jackets are provided; please bring one for each boater. The yard features a wooden playset and a fire pit, while stairs are required to reach the dock.
House Rules:
• Respect the community; avoid loud noise between 11 PM and 8 AM.
• No smoking or vaping on the property; extra $100 cleaning fees may apply.
• Pets welcome (1-2 with prior approval and fee). See pet policy.
• Life jackets must be worn in the lake; swim and boat at your own risk.
• No parties or unauthorized guests; violations may result in immediate eviction.
• Parking available; do not block neighbors’ driveways or mailboxes.
Pet Policy:
• Keep pets off furniture and supervise them while in the home.
• Use the provided crate if leaving pets alone.
• Clean up after pets inside and outside (clean-up basket provided).
• Vacuum excessive pet hair; use the provided lint brush as needed.
• Wash pets off after swimming in the lake.
For any damages or extreme cleaning needs due to pets, additional charges may apply.
