– Car Recommended, but not necessary: Ample private parking and a flat driveway/approach make a rental car or personal vehicle the easiest way to explore beyond the city core.

– House Rules: No smoking, no events or parties. Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM.
– Pet Policy: Strictly no pets (except service animals).

Aura is a family friendly neighborhood for all ages. All rules and courtesies must be followed to ensure our vacation rental does not have a negative impact on the community's space. 

-VR is a new technology. We recommend letting the kids or a tech savvy adult lead the charge. We provide games and separate accounts so everyone can play together, and check that these devices are functional each clean. We provide instructions on the use of these devices. We cannot be held accountable for any technical issues due to the operation of these devices.

-Do not log out of the designated VR accounts on our VR devices.

-Do not attempt to purchase games, shows, or movies on our TV/VR accounts.

-No guests under the age of 21 without communicating this to us first via direct message.

-Quiet time starts at 10pm, this means keep your voices low outside, no outdoor music etc.

-Please read the guidebook and refer to the instruction manuals for all amenities you are not fully trained on operating.

-No Third-party bookings.

-Locals must communicate before booking.

- We are very serious about No Party policy. Fees will be applied.

-No overnight visitors not listed on your reservation.

-There can not be more than 24 people in or on the property at any one point in time. No more than 20 overnight guests without explicit permission.

-Be respectful of the neighborhood and keep your sound footprint low

-You agree to know and agree to following fees: 

      a) smoking, vaping, cannabis: 500$ for each day you are inside or outside the apartment smoking, vaping, or smoking cannabis. Our privacy safe decibel monitors detect cannabis smoke indoors.

      b) late checkout: 300$ if your checkout is unauthorized to be late

      c) unauthorized pets: 400$ for each day you have an unauthorized pet

-You ensure you have a crime free record and wont carry any weapons to the property. Zero tolerance for weapons/violence

-A violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund

-We do not deviate from the stated Airbnb cancellation policies.

-You agree to be booking in good will and you will not attempt to damage the property or the host's reputation because you are dissatisfied with a ruling by Airbnb or the host as a result of a cancellation policy, or in the event that a violation of the host's policies/rules occur

-If subsequent guests, with reservations booked on AirBNB or other platforms, are unable to use the property or access their reserved room(s) due to any action by you not limited to accessibility issues, damaged furniture, smoking, lead times for replacement items, damage to the property or violation of house rules, you are financially responsible for the lost revenue, discounts, or compensation afforded to them by us for the inconvenience

-Enjoy the space and take care of it so we can continue offering the best we can to future guests

-If there is any issue please notify the hosts as soon as possible so they can fix the problem
