Cherry Blossom is a three-level townhome in Sycamore Cove on Asheville's east side, set up for a group that wants mountain trails in the morning and dinner downtown at night. With three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and room for up to 10 guests, there's space for everyone to settle in.

The kitchen is bright and open, with granite countertops and plenty of space for a big breakfast or a group dinner. A smart TV in the living room makes it easy to put on a movie once everyone's back for the night.

Upstairs, the primary suite has a king bed, a smart TV, and its own ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen, and the third has two queens, which is a natural fit for siblings, friends, or a couple of kids. All three bathrooms have custom-tiled showers and granite counters.

Downstairs, the rec room gives the group a second place to hang out, with a smart TV and a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. A full bathroom is right across the hall, so whoever sleeps down there has their own.

Out back, the patio gets good sun during the day, and the gas grill is ready for an easy dinner outside as the evening cools off.

The location works in two directions. The Blue Ridge Parkway winds through the hills just beyond the neighborhood, and the nearest on-ramps put you on scenic drives and the Mountains-to-Sea Trail within minutes. Head the other way and downtown Asheville is about 15 minutes away for restaurants, live music, galleries, and shops, with Biltmore Estate and the River Arts District both close by for a full day out.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
