Come stay in our quiet mountain retreat! This upstairs condo has everything you could need to enjoy a stay in beautiful and exciting Asheville, NC. Our condo has everything you could need during your stay, including 50" TVs in the living room/bedrooms, a fully-stocked kitchen, charger stations, blackout curtains, sound machines, smart locks, books/games for the whole family to enjoy. Artfully decorated to maximize the space our condo is ready for you!

This condo is the perfect place to kick off your Asheville adventure! Conveniently located 10 minutes to Downtown Asheville and The Biltmore House, getting around town with Uber or Lyft is very reasonable, starting around $8. With well-lit parking, smart locks and a quiet residential neighborhood, you can feel safe and secure in this home-away-from-home.

Come and relax in this 2 bedroom upstairs condo that sleeps 6. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king bed, an en suite bathroom, a 50" smart TV, and blackout curtains. The 2nd bedroom has a King bed, a 50" smart TV, and plenty of extra amenities to make it a great stay. A full-sized sofa bed is available with linens for use as well.

Ready for an outdoor adventure? Asheville has many great outdoor destinations nearby, including the Biltmore Estate (8 minutes), the Blue Ridge Parkway Visitor Center (5 minutes), the Asheville Outdoor Center (11 minutes), and whitewater rafting down the French Broad River (20 minutes). Also there are plenty to do for the less adventurous including the Folk Art Center (8 minutes) the South Slope Brewing District (12 minutes) and the River Arts District (13 minutes). Asheville has something for everyone!

Guests access the home using an electronic keypad with the code sent to you beforehand. There's no need to worry about keys!

Guests have access to the whole home, including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen.

There are two designated parking spots for guest use.

We are happy to communicate through the app or feel free to give us a call if you need any other assistance!

The Neighborhood is in a quiet, residential area only a few minutes away from the Blue Ridge Parkway, I-40, and I-240. There is an Ingles grocery store less than 1 mile away as well as multiple restaurants like Piazza, Nachos & Beer, Great Wall, and Subway.

Guests can use taxis, Uber, and Lyft, starting around $8.

• $75 per pet fee for any pets staying on the property. The payment is processed closer to the stay through the resolution center

Great location

Excellent location, 10 minutes away from the Biltmore house which is why we were in the area. Plenty of grocery stores and places to eat nearby. It was very clean and the neighbors are friendly.

The property was very nice. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and provided for all of our needs during our stay. Great location outside of Ashville and everything was very easy to get to. Grocery store is very close by. We really enjoyed our stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property for friends and family visiting in the area.

Lovely condo with thoughtful perks

Condo was great and as described. Beds were comfortable and layout was perfect. The place was very well maintained and updated throughout, even a new railing on the back of the house with a lovely view that felt very private. There were some special touches throughout that showed thoughtfulness of our host - keurig pods, tea, with all the fixings, towels laid on beds, and the white noisemakers in the bedrooms were an unexpected plus. Bathroom had plenty of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper. Would recommend this perfect getaway spot in Fairview and was thrilled to have our pups with us on our getaway.

Condo was clean and comfy. Beds were great. Suggestions would be: furnish dish cloths and towels for the kitchen, put dimmers on the kitchen and dining area LED lights. Would stay here again.

The Move East

Everything was great. The Kitchen was wonderful. You had dish soap, paper towels and everything was clean. You do need some small lamps in the master bathroom. The master bathroom shower works better than the one in the hall. The TV went out one night and I did not like that. The light bulbs are too bright. Soft white would be better. The dining room is blinding. The back porch needs repairs and cleaning. The front steps it would be nice if there were not five different spider webs all along the railing when you walk up. Other wise the place gets a 5. The beds were great. The towels and the toilet papers was great. Thank you for having us.

This is the best place to stay for sure!

Quiet beautiful neighborhood but somehow close to everything! The condo has a great floor plan, plenty of space, and is quiet and private. Very clean and stylish, and we had a seamless check in and check out experience. The owner communicated with us to ensure our experience was going smoothly, even after check in. Highly recommend this place! The bed was so comfortable. :)

Great Thanksgiving visit to Asheville

We rented this condo and the one below it to spend Thanksgiving with our 3 adult children and their spouses. The location was perfect for visiting downtown Asheville and Biltmore Estate. The condo was very clean and the beds (all kings) were very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed, however if you are planning to cook meals, as we did, note that there is not a garbage disposal. The host was easy to communicate with and we had no issues during our stay. Overall, we had a great stay and would gladly stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Cute and Convenient

This is a very cute condo. Everything was clean. There’s was toilet paper, dish soap, bath soap, paper towels, salt/pepper, etc. It was nice to have some basics and not need every little thing. Location is close to downtown and most travel locations. Negatives - the bathroom sinks do not drain. The TVs have Netflix, but the shows/movies buffer often and interrupt or end your viewing. Exterior needs a good sweeping/pressure wash. The washer is super loud, do not run at night. This shouldn’t deter a family, but inform them of a few small encounters. There are games and nice linens for the sleeper sofa. Very nicely decorated.

Our Stay in Asheville

Overall the property was great. The kitchen was well stocked, the king size beds were very comfortable, and we loved the location. The house was decorated well and felt very cozy. It was an easy drive to Asheville, but sat in a more quaint area with a grocery store a very short distance.

Very Convenient Location

Very well-kept property. Interior was immaculate (though the entry stairway could have used a little dusting or hosing down). Each of the two bedrooms had king beds which were very comfortable, and each with its own bathroom. We enjoyed coffee out on the back balcony in the mornings, and the location was convenient to getting into Asheville as well as the local grocery store which was very close by and just around the corner. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Place Needs Some Attention to Detail

This apartment offered a great location for our recent visit to Asheville. It was convenient and easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The decor was attractive, and we had everything we needed. There were a number of small things that need attention. Examples: no closet pole in one of the BR's; bed reading lamps didn't work; both bathroom sinks didn't drain well. These re easy things to correct, and I hope the owner will do a good walk-through and bring this place up to its full potential.

Great location

Convenient location close to everything. Was clean and had all of the basics we needed for our stay. Door uses a key code making it easy to come and go. WiFi was very spotty making it hard to watch tv and impossible to use a laptop.

Clean, comfortable, equipped with all necessities

Lovely second floor VRBO. Updated, clean, fresh and fully equipped with all you need for a stay. The king size beds were comfortable. Nice clean appliances and the owner even stocked coffee k cups and tea bags! Very sweet! So nicely decorated too! We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening. Close proximity to Biltmore and Blue Ridge Parkway.

Charming, with amazing attention to detail!

This property was so cute and comfortable! Everything was up-to-date, clean, and I could not believe their stocked kitchen! It was so thorough that, as a cook, I was in a little heaven. =) Generally, when you're in a rental, the dishes look like someone picked them up used in a yard sale or something, but not here! Definitely go. Quiet and beautiful tree-lined view.
