Home is close to the HISTORICAL BILTMORE HOUSE, Biltmore Village restaurants and places to shop(1.2 mile), Downtown Asheville(3.6 mile), Biltmore Estate Winery(4.7 mile), Botanical Garden at Asheville(9.1mile), N.C. Arboretum(8.1 mile), Biltmore Spring Garden(4.9 mile), Biltmore Waterfalls(5.1 mile), Asheville Outlet(8.2 mile), Asheville Mall(3.5 mile), Wicked Weed Brewery (3.1 mile), The Funkatorium (3.1 mile) and many more wineries and breweries. The home also has a gaming computer, sofa bed with therapeutic mattress, a surround sound bar, and a fire place is in the living room. Bath and bed linen is included, also a washer and dryer(provide your own detergent). In the kitchen, you'll have EVERYTHING THAT YOU NEED to cook, as if you are at home, such as dishwasher, countertop stove, separate oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwaves, cooking utensils, pots, pans and dishes, coffee maker, Keurig machine with variety of k-cup coffee favors to choose from.

KINGS REFLECTION LLC & TRACEE WORKMAN shall indemnify and hold harmless from any activities that the GUESTS and/or their child/children or pets engage in while occupying the vacation rental, whether it be inside the vacation rental or outside on the premises, including THE DECK, THE STEPS, PROPANE GRILL, PROPANE FIRE PIT, ETC...and ANYTHING AROUND THE VACATION RENTAL. TRACEE WORKMAN and KINGS REFLECTION LLC and it’s owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, stockholder, affiliates, subcontractors, and customer from and against all allegations, claims, actions, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, obligations, losses, settlements, judgements, costs, and expenses (including without limitation attorneys fee and costs). Which arise out of , relate to or result from any act or omission of TRACEE WORKMAN, KINGS REFLECTION LLC and it’s agents.

KINGS REFLECTION LLC , TRACEE WORKMAN and all listed above will be EXEMPT and NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE for ANYTHING that is included pertaining to the vacation rental and/or the premises within the contract. By booking the rental you are agreeing with the contract.

When starting the propane fire pit, you may have to repeat the process several times to get it to light. Please use foil when cooking on the GRILL.
Please don't leave any food residue on the grill when finished. The house has a washer and a dryer: You will need to provide your own detergent.

The pictures misrepresented the place. The bedroom has a pic of a TV. TV never worked. It advertises a garden size bath. yet there is only enough hot water to fill 1/3 of the tub. The pillows were rock hard My neck is still sore. No shampoo. The place us DARK,

Nice Place close to the Biltmore

We really enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood. GPS directions of of I-40 were a little quirky but other than that I would definitely stay again and recommend to my friends.

Close to everything

Great location if you want to be near Biltmore Village, downtown Asheville, or highways. No fireplace or jacuzzi. Kitchen supplies adequate. Clothes dryer may have issues as the house was very moist after running it. Shower was challenging to access with short legs. Like getting on and off a horse. Would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. The bed could use a new mattress as it sinks in the middle. Other than that- a good stay.

Perfect place for a getaway

This house was perfect for our weekend away in Asheville! The home was cozy and quiet, but only 10 minutes to downtown. It feels like you have your own space away from the craziness but you can go downtown easily. The house was clean and comfy, exactly as described in the listing. The only issue was the mattress sags a bit in the middle. Despite that, we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful

Our stay at Shiloh was wonderful. The house is beautiful and just the size we needed for the 2 of us. Everything was clean and well maintained and everything we needed was available to us. It was in a very quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to anywhere in the Asheville area. Great communication with the host and an easy check-in. Will look to book again on a return visit.

Exactly as described & perfect for our needs

The house was perfect for our needs. The house Is beautifully done inside and out. The rental was easy to arrange, and the communication with the host through the VRBO message system was timely before our stay. However, I texted her just before we arrived, asking for a restaurant referral. I also texted her when we got to the house, and when we departed., as she requested. But she did not respond to any of the texts. My only disappointment with the house is that while the neighborhood is quiet, it is so close to I-40, that the interstate traffic noise spoiled outdoor time for us. I’m sure the outdoor grill and fire pit would be very nice features for those not bothered by traffic noise.

Delighted!

One couldn't ask for a more delightful property! The host thought of EVERYTHING and was available when needed! Phenomenal deck to sit and relax or entertain. Asheville is beautiful; quaint shops' and eateries' in abundance. We look forward to visiting again and thank the host for sharing this wonderful home!

Asheville visit

The property was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. We experienced the Biltmore Estate and grounds, Asheville downtown, and the nearby national forests for waterfalls and hiking. The property was a perfect location and resting spot after our busy days. The owner although not needed was available and attentive. Highly recommend this rental.

Extremely clean and cute little cottage, with a spacious back deck and yard. The only minor drawback is that we could hear the interstate from the property, but we quickly stopped noticing that.

Location, location, location!

Outstanding communication with the owner, virtually instant responses to any questions we had. Quaint home, eclectic touches and colors made for a fun time in Asheville. Less than 15 minutes to virtually everything we came there to do. Clean, quiet and comfy! Thanks for a great time, Tracee!

Close to everything but also quiet.

If I could give Ms Tracee 6 stars, I would! Her communication even before I booked was prompt and informative. She was even able to let us have an early check in with our baby so she could get her nap time in without disruption from travel. The house has a brand new covered back deck with fire pit and grill. The street is quiet while only being 4 min from Biltmore village and all the cute shops & things to do and does not require 4 wheel drive. Her cottage is colorful and clean and had everything we needed and then some for our family of 3. A good value for what you get and location. We unfortunately had to cut our trip short by a day due to winter storm; and it being January, didn’t spend a ton of time outside, but will return in the spring. The queen bed has a memory foam topper (which you can remove). It was a bit too soft for us, but I think that is just a personal preference since we are used to firmer beds.

Perfect for a small family

I would say this is a great property for exploring Asheville. But definitely not for people more than two or two with a child. Very clean with nice amenities and everything needed to make a meal in the kitchen and even a dishwasher. Outdoor area was very nice but definitely needs some work. It's precarious at night even though it's very new. Needs outdoor light and some sort of rails added so you don't fall throuh. But we really loved the location and I would totally stay here again.

Little House in Asheville

The size of the house was perfect for my husband and me. There is a nice big deck in the back and it is conveniently located. However, the bed sags in the middle and there was a strong Febreeze smell throughout the house. Although the property is located close to many destinations it is not walkable, there is no way you can walk on the roads and there are no sidewalks.

Great stay in a great place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tracee's house. You could tell the house has been updated with all new amenities. Loved the bath/shower, the kitchen. And the back porch was perfect. The weather kept us from enjoying the back porch area as much as we would have liked but, it was a great set-up. We also liked the TV set-up and the multiple charging station for our phones etc. As advertised, the house was close to many of the attractions in Asheville. That was wonderful. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. If we're ever back in the area, we would be very comfortable with renting this place again. Thanks again Tracee, Tom & Clare.
