”The sink was slow draining. The shower was too hot and when you tried to adjust it by turning it towards the cold, the water just trickled out and it was still too hot! The floor was so dirty my feet were black and had to be washed from walking across it. The staff was nice. The breakfast was fine: waffles, frozen Jimmy Dean egg sausage, cheese croissants, cereal, toast, bagels. ”

”Our room was clean, and the property was clean. The hotel is no frills, but you get what you pay for. Our home was being renovated, and we need somewhere close by that was reasonably priced to stay for a couple of days. The hotel did charge a double deposit because we were “locals”. I was not happy about that, but it was refunded in a few days. The breakfast consisted of waffles only and lukewarm coffee. Fortunately it is located near many fast food restaurants, a Wal-mart, and a grocery store....

”Check in was great after being on the road for 15 hrs with too dogs. Room was very clean well maintained kinda small but nice. Bed was comfortable but loud when you moved around.
Asheville is dog city USA. Holding that name and being a dog friendly hotel they should have a small dog area or going to restroom or hanging out there wasn’t anything like this. over all 4 out of 5 would stay again for sure price was right”

”This hotel is in a safe area but is currently undergoing renovations. It did not impact the rooms during our stay but the pool is currently closed. The amenities are very basic but it was clean. We did not eat there for breakfast so cannot comment on that. Our biggest surprise was that there was no coffee provided in the rooms and not even a plastic cup for water. Our rating would have been higher if those items would have been available without having to go down to the breakfast area. ”
