LIKE-NEW koti söpössä naapurustossa vain 4 mailin päässä Ashevillen keskustasta

Rakensimme tämän kodin vuonna 2016 yhtä tavoitetta ajatellen: olla yksi parhaimmista loma-asuntokohteista alle 5 mailin päässä Ashevillen keskustasta. Tämä 2000 neliömetrin koti on hyvin yksityinen, mutta lähellä kaikkea. 4. 5 mailia Ashevillen keskustaan, 2. 4 km Biltmore Estate ja Biltmore Villageen, ostosmahdollisuuksiin ja moniin ravintoloihin 2 mailin päässä ja alle 2 mailin päässä Blue Ridge Parkwayltä, I-240 ja I-40, mikä tekee kaiken Ashevillen lähellä helposti saatavilla.

Täytimme kodin erittäin mukavilla patjoilla, joissa on pehmeät puuvillalakanat, laadukkaat huonekalut ja kaikki tarvikkeet, joiden mielestämme sinun pitäisi tehdä lomastasi mahdollisimman mukavaa. Perustimme pelihuoneen ylemmälle tasolle (50 "taulutelevisio ilmaisella Netflixillä), jotta lapsillesi olisi oma tila, kun taas aikuiset nauttivat olohuoneen mukavuuksista, joissa on kaasutakka ja 40" TV. Tai jos haluat viettää aikaa ulkona, aidasimme takapihalle, jossa on patio ja palokuoppa, jota ympäröivät lohkarat ja maisemointi. Family surprise

Five family members, my husband and I traveled to Asheville to surprise my sister for her 70th birthday. We found the host to be easy to communicate with, the house clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed for our long weekend. The neighborhood was quiet and the location convenient to many of the places we wanted to visit. We would recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit Asheville. Happy Vacationer

A quiet comfy stay in Asheville

We’ve been visiting Asheville for almost 20 years and really enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood was quiet and in a good location for us. The beds & couches were comfy and the house had lots of space and amenities. Hosts gave us all the information we needed and were very responsive to messages. Can’t wait to come back!

Great House for a weekend stay

We had a great experience with the owners and thier property. The house had everything we needed for a long weekend trip with three couples. The owners told us what was and wasn't included at the property ahead of time, which allowed us to pack properly. XL Uber rides to downtown took around 10 mins and ran between 8-15 while we were there. We'd highly recommend the home to others planning a long weekend away to Asheville.

Great Property

This was by far the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. The home is spacious and comfortable for six adults, including my pets. The owners are incredibly reliable and respond quickly to your needs. Location is great. Close to all major areas. Grocery store and amenities are all just a very short drive away. Neighborhood is also quiet, and the residents were all friendly.

We lived in Asheville 13 years ago and were ready to come back for a visit. This home was the perfect location for us to visit the Asheville area that we love so much. It is a central location and easy to access. The home is well furnished and so comfortable. There is plenty of room and the beds and couches are so nice. We loved this home. We enjoyed a great family vacation in this comfortable home in a great location. We were close to adventures at the Biltmore, Blue Ridge Parkway, Asheville, and French Broad River. Peaceful and comfortable getaway

Big, new, comfortable home! Excellent layout, big spaces for gathering in the kitchen, dining room, living room and upstairs game room - with plenty of privacy between bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen and easy access to laundry closet. The fire pit outside is perfect for s'mores at night or coffee in the morning. Tucked away in a sweet, quiet neighborhood but only 10 - 20 minutes from popular spots in Asheville. Highly recommend for big families or couples!
