Peace & Quiet! Dogs welcome and only 4.6 miles to Downtown Asheville!

Tucked away in Jenkins Valley, less than 5 miles from downtown Asheville, we converted the stand alone garage/haybarn into a studio with full kitchen, bath and laundry. Enjoy listening to the cicadas and watching the deer and turkeys graze in the pastures. Looking out the front door you’ll probably see horses and goats and maybe even a peacock! We stock the kitchen with salt and pepper, cooking oils, sweet things for coffee and tea and maybe a local beer or two. You may also find local teas (in season). The bath will have shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, hand lotions and a few things you may have forgotten to pack. The Queen size memory foam bed is very comfortable, and it's adjustable!There is a 55” smart TV with all the apps you’ll ever need. Steps away is a nice fire pit that’s probably full of wood gathered around the property. All this and spring water on tap!Our neighbors are friendly and the chickens may pay you a visit in the afternoon. Other things to note: The studio isn’t wheelchair accessible and only designed for 2 guests. Our insurance will not allow pit mixes or pit bulls. Limit of 30 lbs for all dogs.
