  • Trendy and spacious 2-story apartment in the heart of Downtown Asheville, NC. Located on Carolina Ln., guests are steps away from restaurants, breweries, art galleries and bars. Attractions like the Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway are only a 10 minute drive away.

    The unit has plenty of space to hang out upstairs bosting tall ceilings, big windows and plenty of areas to relax while you're there. The downstairs is a smaller space that can be separated if guests would like some privacy.

    The Space: This is a 2-story apartment in the heart of Downtown Asheville, NC. The upstairs is a continuous space that has a bedroom blocked off for privacy. The downstairs is a smaller space with its own beds, bathroom, desk and entrance.

    Guest Access: There is no parking at the unit. Guests will need to find street parking or parking garage parking. Once guests are at the unit all of downtown Asheville is in walking distance.

The location could not be better! We walked everywhere. There is plenty of room, and the beds are comfy. We had a small issue with the wifi, but our host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay in downtown Asheville was fantastic! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was the perfect setup for a getaway with my adult siblings — plenty of space to relax together while still feeling cozy and welcoming.The location was one of the best parts. We could easily walk to restaurants, breweries, shops, and everything downtown Asheville has to offer, which made the trip so convenient and fun. The host was communicative, helpful, and made check-in/check-out seamless.We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the property and felt right at home during our stay. We’d absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Asheville with family or friends!

This downtown apartment was in the perfect location for walking to everywhere we wanted to go. The amenities were great and the bed was really comfortable. I love the old architecture in the apartment too. There’s plenty of space for a large family to spread out. We really enjoyed our visit.

What a gem!!

We stayed here while visiting family for Christmas and it was just perfect! Comfy beds, perfect location close to everything, easy to find parking, tons of space. Only complaint would be that it’s a bit drafty in the winter but the nice thick curtains kept most of that out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family!

We had a great experience at this rental. Austin was quick to respond when needed. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great. Everything was within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with my young adult kids and we LOVED it! It is such a unique space with character and charm. Loved the decor and the openness. We walked to shops and restaurants. I hope to come back soon.

The apartment was great. We were in Asheville on a girls trip. The location was perfect, close to everything, and very walkable. The only downside was parking - we used the pay to park lot at the end of the street. The beds were very comfortable and the space was roomy and more than accommodating for our group of 5 women.

Right downtown!

Trendy spot right downtown! This location is perfect for folks who want a night on the town/want to be in downtown to get in on all the action. Beautiful space, great communication with host. For those with kids, there's the noise of folks having fun downtown, which made it hard for my kids to sleep.
