Private, spacious, studio apartment located a little over a mile from downtown Asheville. To enter the apartment go down one flight of outside stairs, through a serene screened in porch with couch, lounge chair and eating table, to access the front door. Inside the studio space is the living area on the right with a sleep sofa, club chair, smart TV with extensive cable access and dinette table which doubles as a work space for those working remotely. On the left is a queen size bed, two dresser drawers and amble closet space along the entire back wall. The kitchenette has everything you need including full size fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, hot water pot, dishes, utensils , pots and pans. Smoking is permitted ONLY on the porch as long as all windows and door are closed. One pet is allowed (non refundable pet fee of $50)
