The space
One-story 70s bungalow style house tucked away in a quiet residential area. Filled with lots of lovely natural light.
Under 10 minutes drive to the heart of West Asheville, 12 minute drive to downtown (~$11 Uber ride), close to Blue Ridge Parkway and countless hiking and cycling areas, 15 minutes to Biltmore Estate or the NC Arboretum, 20 minute drive to Asheville Airport.
Enjoy seating in the quiet fenced-in side yard - great for kids or folks just wanting to privately sun-bathe.
We are conscious of the environment and value high quality low-chemical products and love to support local business, so during your stay you'll enjoy high quality products, amenities, and GMO-free, organic, and local food and products as much as possible.

Designated parking and private entrance makes it easy for you to come and go as you please.

2 bedrooms, a private bathroom, private living area including microwave, mini fridge, quick breakfast items including coffee and tea. You are on the other side of our living space, but we do not share any common space, so you will have complete privacy.

Access to "free library" where you can take and leave books, a simple office area, games for all ages, and kids' toys and puzzles.

Access to quiet side-yard with picnic table, neighboring the horse pasture. We participate in pollinator-friendly practices that include allowing native flowering plants to bloom fully before cutting them, so you'll notice that the area around the yard can look wild at times - this is intentional, and we like it this way! ;)
Katie, your host, is also a licensed massage therapist (LMBT #18907), and scheduling in-house massage during your stay is an option pending availability, at special rates for airbnb guests. Inquire for more info after booking.
Other things to note
While we don't mind when a good time with friends or family goes into the night, if you are looking for a place to be rowdy or play loud music late into the night, this is not the place for you.
Note that pending availability, you have the option to book an in-house massage therapy session with Katie, your host, during your stay! Inquire about individual and group rates if you are interested in this option.
