You have found Asheville’s finest vacation home; located a few minutes from Downtown Asheville and close to all sorts of fun adventures! You’re close enough to enjoy all the downtown activities you can think of and far away enough to enjoy peace and quiet with your family. Fun and relaxation will surround you at every turn at the Asheville House, and there is so much to do at our location, and in the beautiful nature surrounding it!
The Space
Our house is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay.
Our home comes with 4 large, beautifully themed bedrooms, 2 living areas both with their own gas fireplaces, 2 decks, 2 full kitchens, a game room, hot tub and more!
We are very attentive hosts and absolutely love what we do!
Upstairs
The upstairs area you’ll find a custom and fully updated kitchen with lots of room to cook and spread out. Gas stove, deep farm sink and oversized island flow into an open floorplan living area. A Plush couch sits in the living area with a view of the gas fireplace and new 65” Roku TV and for more formal dining you’ll find an expanded dining table that seats 6 - 10 comfortably, or slip out the French doors to the huge top level deck that’s home to your grilling area, gazebo with retractable sun shade and another long table that seats another 8 to allow your whole family to sit and relax and enjoy the cool crisp air and listen to the birds sing while you sip on a glass of wine and catch up on old times and make new memories.
Downstairs
Head Downstairs to find all the fun no matter what your age! Large comfy couch with a 60” Roku TV, perfect for watching movies, or get your energy out with tons of games and activities all ready for you and your family. Foosball, Skee-Ball, Ping Pong, Packman and other retro arcade games, along with assorted puzzles and board games are all at your fingertips in the downstairs living area. Step outside to the covered patio to enjoy the Hot Tub and more fun or relaxing space that provides easy access to the ½ acre yard. Follow the path to the fire pit, set up a game of corn hole, or put the family dog on the lead wire and get some of that mountain fresh air! Also downstairs you have your laundry room with a new washer and dryer, full bathroom and an oversized bedroom equipped with 2 full size trundle beds, both with twin mattresses underneath – perfect for sleepovers and extra guests (equipped to sleep 6 people). Downstairs isn’t done yet – it also has a full kitchen for extra meal preparation during celebrations and holidays and a 2 car garage!
All our beds are equipped with a luxurious memory foam mattress and soft 1800 count microfiber sheets, bedside lamps with charging ports for your electronic needs, closet space and each room carries a theme with local artwork and colors. Meant to give you a luxury, carefree vacation home you’ll be able to relax in comfort while you enjoy all the things Asheville and the Mountains have to offer! The home has local maps and advertisements to various local fun spots, and if you need a recommendation just give us a shout! We are always happy to help make sure you are in the know of all the good spots!
We are Dog Friendly and will provide a “pet pack” with each stay! Bowls, toys, treats, a bed, even blankets and couch covers are provided! Outdoors you’ll find a doggie poo station, poop scooper and a 30’ lead wire, so your doggo can enjoy being with you on the lower level and there are plenty of fun spots in town you can bring them! We ask that you use the provided blankets if you’d like your pet to join you on the couch or in bed to help extend the life of our furniture. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES: Because this is a quiet residential neighborhood, Please enjoy yourselves but house parties are prohibited.
MAX GUESTS: The listing sleeps 12 people total, which includes the total count of adults and kids.
ACCESSIBILITY: There is 1 short step up in the entry, 6 steps to the upstairs living area and 5 steps to the downstairs living area. Be sure to watch your step!
PARENTS: Please note this house is not baby proofed.
We do include a pack n play, changing mat and dishes for kids, however you are responsible for child and baby safety.
Hot Tub safety and supervision are required by parents and other adults at all times to prevent accidents.
PET POLICY: Dogs only. Please note this host requires supplemental information at the time of booking if you are bringing your dog. Your Dog MUST be vaccinated and up to date on flea and tick prevention to continue to provide a safe space for all our visiting pets.
There will be an additional charge of $200 for their stay.
A doggie kit will be provided with bowls, toys, treats, a bed, blankets and couch covers for their stay.
