”Okay,The guest room has a retro atmosphere reminiscent of the Showa era, featuring a large communal bath. While the amenities may not be luxurious, the cost performance is outstanding. The dinner and breakfast offer a delightful kaiseki meal with ingredients from the sea and mountains, along with a buffet style that includes both Western and Japanese dishes, ensuring high satisfaction. There’s also a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the nearest station. I highly 100% recommend it!”

”We were told not to open the window due the insects. In the night it was very heavy air in the room even if we had air condition on. Windows are covered with condensed water. In the long run this might cause damage to structure. Fresh air should be allowed in the room. ”

”In general, a very nice hotel but the rooms are beginning to wear a bit. The air conditioning in the room was not up to the demanding task of the hot summer of 2018. Very nice breakfast buffet and great staff.”

”This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! ”

”Villa was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Well equipped with adequate amenities. Checkin process was easy. Washer and dryer worked really well!”

”Water noise from the bathroom, unbearable difficulty sleeping. Unable to use the hotel bar or kitchen after 9pm, very strict on the time, at breakfast you were told at 9-50 that you needed to leave at 10, only seemed to apply to non Japanese customers, they stayed for as long as they wanted. Other than that staff were friendly.”
