Step into a piece of Ashland history at the Ohana House, a charming 1905 3-bedroom, 2-bath home just a 2 minute walk from downtown. Blending modern comfort with vintage style and Hawaiian charm, this spacious getaway features a private outdoor hot tub and outdoor shower, an inviting Tiki bar, and plenty of room to relax with family or friends. Additional amenities include fast wifi, office space with printer and copy machine, and a stereo system with record player.

Enjoy movie nights under the stars with the outdoor projector, unwind on the deck, cook in the fully stocked kitchen, or stroll through Lithia Park just blocks away. Large fenced yard with play structure, barbecue grill, laundry, and off-street parking included. Pet-friendly for your furry companions!

This open 1,500 square ft, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house sleeps 8 comfortably, all recently upgraded, this property is perfect for family retreats, remote working, or to escape the hustle of life. Featuring one king, one queen, two twin beds, Queen convertible sofa, and two full baths. three large screen TV’s, original wood floors, pantry, and all kitchen appliances necessary to cook or bake.

Have a family game night, listen to your favorite tunes on a vintage Marantz stereo system while making drinks at the bar, or grilling on the barbecue out on the deck. The options for how you want to enjoy your stay are endless!

We had a fantastic stay. The house was so cozy with everything we needed. The backyard provided a perfect space for the dogs and was awesome for a relaxing outdoor morning coffee experience. We not only recommend but this will be our goto place when we are in Ashland.

I am reporting this property for proof of broken, disgusting UN-clean and UN-sanitized kitchen, appliances, bathroom fixtures and other miscellaneous things. I would like my money back. This place was NOT worthy of the money I paid into it. Although the location is great, it was NOT enough to warrant an enjoyable stay. What I witnessed was a complete VIOLATION of sanitary health codes in rentals per the requirements of City regs and I will be following up with the proper authorities to have this property reported and cited. I will NOT proceed with reporting this owner's UN-ethical and IR-responsible business practices if my full price of my stay is credited and refunded back to me. I have more videos I will be submitting shortly, evidence of UNclean UNsanitized shower curtains, bath, broken fixtures, etc., I will be filing a report with the City of Ashland Code Compliance.

Ohana House was very clean and comfortable - exactly how it looks in the pictures. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood, to and from downtown, several times a day - it was so easy! The backyard was shady and relaxing, perfect for us and our dog. Lithia Park, the shops, the restaurants and the theatre were as amazing as I remembered.

This was a Great place to stay. It had So Many amenities. It’s Kitchen had so many tools that you normally don’t find in many places. It was like you brought your kitchen with you. The back yard Deck & Hot Tub area were a pleasure to just sit & relax in. The owners really made a Special place here at the Ohana House

Perfect

We stopped in Ashland to see two days of plays and the Ohana House was the perfect spot for the four of us. Easily walkable to downtown, great kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. It was hot and we had to run all the standing air conditioners to keep the house comfortable. it worked! We'll stay here again.

Perfect place to stay with dogs

Michael was so welcoming to my dogs. It’s the perfect place - great back yard that is safely fenced and gated, and a “lived-in” feel to the house that makes it a very relaxing place to stay. Great location for Ashland sights etc - a little traffic noise during the day but it’s quiet at night. kitchen well equipped although we didn’t do much cooking. Lovely patio to sit and eat and relax. Altogether a great stay. Thank you Michael. I can definitely recommend and hope we will be back!

We loved the cottage. We especially appreciated a kitchen ready to bring in the groceries and cook a real meal. No need to buy basic ingredients and condiments for just a few days! Michael was generous in offering whatever kitchen gadgets we needed.
