”This was a one night stop as we traveled west from the UP to Duluth and we wished we could have stayed here longer. This is a fantastic property. The best hotel breakfast we had all week, and a pool that was actually warm and a hot tub that functioned as it is supposed to. It doesn't sound like a high bar to meet, but so many other properties fail to maintain the amenities to a high standard.
The room had 2 entry points: 1 from the exterior and 1 that opens up to the pool area. Spacious...

”This Hotel is close to the highway without any road noise which makes it very convenient and easy to access.
Very clean and well appointed. Breakfast options are really nice and varied.
This hotel felt new. There was none of the minor wear and tear you can find in a lot of hotels.
The staff were very helpful. I had a billing crossover between Expedia and the hotel and when I called they rectified it immediately and I saw the correction on my credit card statement almost as soon as I hung...

”It was a terrible place to stay both side security doors will not shut by themselves you had to literally slam them to be secure the room door was kicked in a whole bunch of times continental breakfast sucked the whirlpool had bugs in it and black stuff floating everywhere and the activation button for the Jets was really jalopy and messed up you had to hit it like 20 times for the Jets to start up and they were very weak worst place I've ever stayed ever. Do not stay there you're better off...

”Very basic and old motel. It advertises a restaurant on site- not really. There is one across the parking lot. Only open at night and employees want to close early, not great. The price of over $200/night is way high for what you get. I would equate it to a basic Super 8 and would not pay over $60 to stay there.”
