Family weekend
We came to Ashland to visit our daughter at Ashland university and see her play softball as well. This place was just perfect for our family to gather and have fun for our weekend!!
You have gone above and beyond to make with a home away from home and a fun place to stay. Loved the decor!!

Girl's Get Away
Myslef and 2 friends booked this for a weekend get away from life in January. It ended up being the coldest weekend of the year, with highs in the single digets and negative windchills. The heated floors made the house cozy and warm. The property is even better in person. We sat at the table and watched the squirrels play in the back yard while we played games and ate snacks! The decor and layout made for such a perfect place that we never left the house during our whole stay! The kitchen is wonderfully stocked and has so many amenities it felt like our own kitchen! It is located in an upscale neighborhood that was quiet and safe. We will definitely book this for another get away soon!

The Rambler was the perfect setting for our A.U. girls reunion. The location is quiet we enjoyed an afternoon walk around the neighborhood. Our group loved the carefully selected decor throughout the entire house. The cozy kitchen table area, fun living room with the orange couch, and the entertainment room were great places for our group of 9 to hang out together. The property is well maintained, clean, and had all the right necessities for our weekend stay. I highly recommend The Rambler if you are visiting Ashland, Ohio.

Awesome Location Beautiful House
This house is tucked away in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. It is a large house that can easily accommodate 8 people. 2 main bedrooms and 4 bunk beds. It has a pool table and an out of tune antique piano in the music room. It has a cool vibe that was decorated with a trendy retro style throughout.
They have 2 SmartTV's that support airplay. Easy to send video from a smartphone to a large 55" display in the main living area or to a smaller TV in the reading room. Internet in the house is good and works throughout the property. The kitchen is well appointed with standard and Keurig coffee makers. They supply some coffee and snacks, but best to bring your own if you are going to stay for awhile.
The back yard is awesome. Beautiful landscaping and excellent seating. The back yard is a great place to have morning coffee and watch the birds, rabbits and critters. There is a path from the back yard to a public park with a great walking or bike path. There are 2 bikes in the garage.
Overall this is an excellent well maintained home that is set up for short-term rentals. No one lives in the house full time. It is always clean and ready for the next guest. If you are in the area and looking for a great place to stay you found it. We will certainly be back.

Great place!
Beautiful property! Communication with the host was easy and prompt. The house was spotless from top to bottom when our party arrived, fully stocked with anything we needed. The decor and interior was stunning in every room, which were all much bigger in person than pictures! We were not disappointed!

Great stay!
Our stay at this property was top notch! The Rambler has a fun vibe, is very clean, is in a safe neighborhood, and is one of the better stocked VRBO properties we have stayed in! They even supplied a couple of bottles of water and some snacks in case we needed something upon arrival. What a pleasant surprise! Thank you for allowing us to stay! Would definitely stay here again!
