”This place is decent. We stay a lot. My only complaint is the sofa is fairly uncomfortable. We've stayed in many units but it's always the same. I realize a lot people come and go and it's also a timeshare, but we stay at places all over northern nh and most of them have very comfortable furniture for 200.00 a night. It's centrally located between the lakes and mountains, is close to grocery stores and restaurants. It's in a residential area so it's quiet. The people that work there are great....

”Property clean and great location. Owners very easy to deal with and helpful being my 1st time using Vrbo. My only complaint had nothing to do with this rental but with Vrbo. I had a difficult time finding the check in/out stay instructions and luckily I screen shot the lock code and directions because I couldn’t find the stay instructions again while I was there for the WiFi password and what the owners wanted me to do with dirty towels bedding etc… but again. No complaints with the property or...

”We absolutely loved our stay! The host was prompt in communication and the house was very well appointed and had everything we needed for the weekend. The area was calm and quiet and I even got to whip up some hummingbird food to refill the feeders and enjoy them. Ammenities at the clubhouse area were great. ”We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. It was great that we could walk across the street to the beach and enjoy the amenities of the Akwa Marina and Beach Club. The house was set up well and had AC throughout. We would definitely stay there again as it had a New England rustic charm.”

The porch is huge and is where we spent most of our time. Views are great. Louis came by to put one of the docks in early for us-- and allowed us to extend at the last minute. He was a great host. ”Friends and I booked the house for the weekend. We went to see Hank Williams Jr at the pavilion 3 miles down the road. Great location to wander around and enjoy! House was very clean had everything we needed. The only bad thing was we wanted a ride to the show so we wouldn't have to worry about driving. It was a busy night for rides understandably but it seemed the Uber/Lift/Taxi companies are definitely struggling out there. Took us over an hour to finally get a taxi ride there... 3 miles= $70...
