Relaxation awaits at our pool and hot tub oasis located in Ashtabula! This 3 bedroom home sleeps up to 8 guests, making it perfect for larger families and groups. The spacious fenced in backyard features a stunning in-ground pool (open ~mid May to September) and a relaxing hot tub (open all year). Please note that our pool is a saltwater pool.



The kitchen features quartz countertops and plenty of space for cooking and preparing meals. The dining room has seating for 8. The large living room has vaulted ceilings and an electric fireplace for those cooler nights. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds, as well as a full bathroom. The upstairs features the master bedroom equipped with a king bed, TV, and a desk when you have to bring work with you. The partially finished basement features a pull out full couch (small but perfect for 2 kids or 1 adult),, 2 arcade games, foosball, and a retro Nintendo 64 with 4 controllers and plenty of game options.



This is a family-friendly neighborhood. Having fun around the pool area is understandable, but we ask that noise be kept to a minimum between the hours of 9 pm-9 am.

📌NO CATS ALLOWED.

📌I respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.

📌If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!

Very beautiful home and very deceiving from the front of the house. When driving up, it looks small, but then you go in and it is a very unique layout with a lot of room you would not think of when seeing it from the front. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and heated perfectly. And my husband and I play the Ms. Pacman machine and are now buying one for our house...a lot of fun! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautifully decorated home in a wonderful neighborhood. Minutes to Walnut Beach! Excellent communication from our host; Dan cares about his guests and that they enjoy their stay. The game room was a great bonus. The pool was too cold to swim but definitely not anyone’s fault but Mother Nature. It’s been a terribly cold spring which made the hot tub perfect! I will definitely stay here again! Also, the backyard fence gives great privacy!

Best rental I've ever had

Loved every minute of staying here. Wish it were summer time to enjoy the pool and backyard. The living room is HUGE and wonderful to relax in. Beds were all super comfy, house was super clean, kitchen was huge and well supplied. If you're coming to Ashtabula, this is the place to stay.

Quick Trip

Everything you could need during a stay was available at this property. House was very clean and there was plenty of games to keep the kids busy. The cold did not stop my kids from enjoying some time relaxing in the hot tub. They are really hoping to stay here again in the summer to enjoy the pool. Host was great at communicating and making sure our stay went smoothly.

I recently stayed at this property in Ashtabula with my husband and our dog, and it exceeded all my expectations! The house was beautifully renovated, providing a cozy yet modern feel.
