”This property certainly is a hidden gem! We were welcomed by the hosts and immediately felt at home. The cabin was well equipped, immaculately clean and the best part of it all, it was privately situated on the most beautiful riverside property. The pictures don’t do it justice. ”100% accurate listing. Cozy, very functional, and good layout. We had family staying nearby in other accommodations, but our cabin was the preferred get-together location.The resort was quiet, clean and friendly and parking for our visitors, though outside the resort proper, was very close by and off the main road.This cabin, the resort and location on Mara Lake made this, and it's a direct quote from my teenager son, the "best vacation, ever".”

”We had a fantastic stay at this house with our family of four and our dog. The home is beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped. We especially loved the privacy and the many walking trails that were perfect for our dog to explore.We had a great beach day at Canoe dog beach but we highly recommend a paddleboard float from Grindrod to Secret Beach. The river is sandy and shallow, which was perfect for the kids and our dog to play in as we went downstream. It was a blast!”
