”This is a very nice, comfortable home in a nice area to stay in. We stayed here a week during a competition and we loved it. We loved spending evenings talking at the table on the back porch. Even though it is in a neighborhood it feels very private. We even saw deer in the back yard one evening. The host responds very quickly to any questions you may have and it very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.”

”Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions.There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times.”
