”Upon arrival and after receiving the keys for the room, went to my room to find it was dirty, like not cleaned from the prior guest at all. ”The room wasn’t clean, moved to another room and it has bed bugs. We were told we couldn’t speak to a manager. We were told the only number they could give us was the number to the hotel itself. There is a homeless encampment just outside the hotel parking lot. It’s not a clean place, or a safe place to be.”

My only complaint is that the room was never cleaned while we were gone. It was OK for the first day, but I even requested that the trash be taken out and towels to please be replaced for my room to the employee that was cleaning the rooms on our floor and she did not do anything. We were gone for the majority of the day, so there was plenty of time to get in the room.”

”We had a party of three and months ago booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room it had a king bed. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. I ended sleeping on the pull out bed that was hard as a rock! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!! We couldn’t switch hotels because there was a lot of events going on in OKC that weekend. Also, we were there three nights and our room was not cleaned daily...

”Unfortunately, this location did not honor the official ESA documents provided for both of our dogs and insisted on charging a fee for one of them anyway. This puts them completely out of compliance with established ESA accessibility laws. To make matters worse, when we got into the room, the bed sheets literally had blood on them. Charging illegal fees while failing basic health and cleanliness standards is completely unacceptable. We will not be staying here again.”
