”This place is a dump. TV wouldn’t stay connected to the cable, kept having to unplug and replug. Landline in room had no dial tone. Blow dryer in room didn’t work. I was supposed to get free parking while I was traveling but they charged me $8 per day. They said it was because I booked through expedia. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. I will never go there again. Avoid this place!!!”

”Parking was good... plenty of restaurants around.. room smelled of stale cigarettes.. NO sheets on bed.. just a light blanket that was very stiff. Shower was clean.. planes landing at Bradley Airport flew right overhead Was alittle scary. ”

”Burn holes in draped blanket on bed, walls dirty, blanket you cover with had stains, couch had stains, holes in wall, mold in bathroom ceiling, patched wall in bedroom. But did have a pool laundry n newer looking rooms, and very sweet staff. I paid 40 for early check in and I feel it just was rushed cleaning or maybe they don’t wash walls and doors idk but if you need a quick place to sleep for cheap with nice staff it will work. Also the bar and restaurant advertised on site is closed down. ”

”The housekeeping staff was not very friendly. I asked for something to use to wipe down my surfaces in the room because I had handprints in like sticky stuff on them and they will not give me anything. The room was kind of dirty and housekeeping walked right by my room each day I was there. I didn’t even ask me if I needed anything and they have attitudes all over her face so I decided not to engage and ask them for anything else.”

”The room smelled like a smoker lived there. Other guests we saw in parking lot said the same of their room. Beds were not very comfortable. Most outlets didn't work. Felt old and worn and in need of some serious upgrades. The staff were all very nice though. ”

”Dirty place, needs more personal. In four days never clean the room, when I buy the package offer breakfast, and no breakfast available. Not recommended. ”

”We arrived late and left early, appreciated a budget motel near the interstate, and got what we paid for. The room, sheets, and towels were clean. The mattress was basic (no pillow top) but in good shape; the frame it sat on creaked loudly with any movement. There was no closet, only a waist high rod with a couple hangers, and no amenities in the room (coffee maker, hairdryer). The bathroom was HUGE, had sturdy grab bars by the toilet, had an accessible shower, and even had a seat for showering....
