”We stayed here for a soccer tournament and everything seemed fine until we returned to the hotel around 9:30 p.m., exhausted after a full day. When we opened the sofa bed, we discovered it had no mattress, making it unusable. The front desk informed us the hotel was sold out and had no mattress available. This was very disappointing because the room included a sofa bed, but it could not be used.”

”My room # 306 mini refrigerator was out of service. My food spoiled. At first, I thought that it was going to start cooking as the room wasn’t occupied. Hotels know what works in each room and what doesn’t. The tiny bar of soap in the bathroom is inconvenient. Is there a way to switch to liquid hand soap? It’s cleaner.”

”Excellent stay. Clean, large rooms. We had our large dog with us. There was plenty of room to set up her kennel. Good pet area with clean up bags. We would definitely stay here again. Beds were super comfortable and it accommodated three adults and a dog perfectly with room to spare. Microwave and refrigerator provided. Only one issue...there were only two bath towels despite having three adults. Not a game changer. Highly recommend. Five out of five stars!!”

”This place is fantastic! We had a King Cottage and it was perfect! Large living area, large bedroom, jetted tub. Location was great! A couple of blocks from downtown and campus.could not have asked for a better experience!”

”Hotel vas very clean and modern. Room was well laid out and efficient. Bed was OK but we both woke up with a bit of a back ache. The sliding door to the bathroom was very heavy and ours was hard to close. It was also opaque glass and when the light was on it really lite up the darkened room. Not good when partner is trying to sleep. Parking was $10.00 a day extra but we knew about it when reserving. Breakfast was good, coffee in room was decafe only.”

”I've seen cleaner carpet in a barn. The phone did not work. Not even to call the front desk. The plug ins at the base of the lights did not work. None of them. And finally, the bathroom is so small you nearly have to stand behind the toilet to close the door. If I were Best Western, I would not authorize this property.”
